I'm sorry , but I do not know English (I'm from Russia). So I write with a dictionary, and my words may be incorrect.
I want to ask about the clothes and hair for Sims 4.
In the program 3ds max I created hair model. In Blender, I joined their model with the original model of the game.
That is, all the properties of the original model , should go to my project. I understand correctly?
I uploaded the finished model in "sims4studio", where it is displayed. But in the game there is no model . Just a bald spot on the head of the character. What could be the problem? Furnished with problems did not arise
In the program (Sims 4 Studio) it works, but in the game there is nothing. This is a problem in 3ds max or I'm missing something in the Blender and Sims4Studio.
Thanks in advance , and sorry for the poor knowledge of the language

Hi sinfadora, welcome to Studio forums. When the hair shows up in Sims 4 Studio but in the game the Sim is bald when using it the most likely cause is that you did not assign the hair mesh vertices to a joint. If you do not assign the hair to a joint in the game the hair will appear but it will not be attached to the Sim. It will be floating so far above their head that you will not see it and the Sim will appear to be bald. There is a mini-tutorial HERE that shows all the components of a Sims 4 hair that I think might be helpful. There is a second tutorial HERE that shows how to transfer weight from an EA item to your item that may also be helpful.
