Tuning mod for fighting.

I wanted to start modding by making it possible to fight another sim at any time you wanted.
(I also think I fixed the always losing problem too)

Basically I wanna fight anyone (including friends and strangers) whenever I want, but still keep the boost in negative relationship.

But my sim is a naturally happy person. he's not evil and doesn't have any traits like that.
His traits are childish, romantic, and slob.


So what would I change first to make fighting always available?
