Hi
Everything I make in blender looks sort of round in game, even when I don't smooth anything in blender. I tried to correct this by going back in blender selecting the entire object and than press the shade flat button, but that doesn't change a thing. In game it still looks round. I baked the object and that seems to be flat as I want it to be. In studio the object looks flat as well, it's only in game when it looks smooth. does anybody have an idea what might be causing this and how I can fix it?

Welcome to the forum gatochweg, if you removed doubles, that might be your issue. Try splitting edges (you can do so manually, or using the Split Edge modifier).
Alternatively, you could post an image or your .package (or both) so we can have a better understanding of your problem.

Hi gatochweg, this problem can also occur as the result of how Blender handles normals because it smooths faces that aren't explicitly split if they're within the same mesh group. The solution is, as J said, to split the edges...either manually or using an edge split modifier. Untraditionalnerd wrote a mini-tutorial showing how to do this manually and that is HERE. Although it uses a CAS item as the example the same menu selections are available if you're meshing an object. If you have a lot of edges that all need splitting it might be quicker/easier to use a modifier instead.

Hi Edgesplitting did the job! Thank you both for your advise.
