LexiconLuthor , creating CAS bakes is a little different because of the rigs that are in there to provide a model. If you export a shirt for example the shirt is shown on a model that includes head, legs, and so on. The model top rig is actually still there too but it is hidden because you exported a top. Blender takes this mesh into account during the bake however and this will lead to black areas where they are not wanted: What you can do to avoid that is expand the rig on the right and click the little camera on the lines with all the rig parts. This will cause Blender to ignore them when it renders the bake for your garment. In Studio the resulting bake looks like this: Obviously, you will want to edit the bake image a little before using it so that you don't have bake on the arms and neck or other exposed skin. I think this is sort of an unnecessary step so the next version of Studio will have the default .blend set up to have the camera turned off for the rig components. That way you won't have to do this prior to baking a CAS item.

I wind up getting something like this, little speckles and things. I removed doubles, what could be causing this?

Hello! I am currently facing the same problem. When you are baking it turns black: / The worst of all is that it only happens with the garment and not with the extremities ... I followed the steps and nothing. Any solution? Please, thank you![/i] imgur.com/DV4MZE1

[/i] imgur.com/DV4MZE1[/quote] I'm suspecting that your dress has outside and inside geometry and both are mapped on the same place or there's body parts inside the dress. correct those things if that's the issue. if it's not, please share the blend file.

Problem solved! As you said, the dress had interior geometry, which made it look all dark. Unfortunately I had to recreate everything again because I did not know how to change it, but I will not make the same mistake :( Thank you very much for your attention! <3 <3

dibellaa unless you removed doubles to the whole mesh (which you shouldn't do), then you need to hover the part you want to select with your more and press L to select it. then press delete. if you can't see it because of the clothing, then select that first and press H to hide. get rid of the body parts and press ALT+H to unhide the dress.
