Sim model from CAS playable

Hi, i'd like to play a sim that looks exactly like this one, that is used as a model in CAS. I found this program and i thought that it may help to extract a skin and save it in my families or something so i can use it in game. I mean this female from links below (simply think she has classic, proportional face that's why i want to make her playable). Unfortunately i don't have a clue how can i do this. Sorry if that thread was created before and also forgive me my english. Just want to know if it's possible and how to make this skin playable.
