There're some issues with your mesh.
1. Your shadow lods are just planes, you might have mismatched the correct cut number and the shadow is a plane instead of the object, this will cause your object to not have a shadow in the outsides. 2. Your specular and bump map are the same texture, they work differently and they need different textures. If you do not care to make those images just import an empty one for each of them, but they are different.
Check that and if it doesn't solve the issue it might be a problem with the normals...
