Studio has added the ability to re-tag your custom content so that it will (or won't) show up for the opposite gender. Changes you make can be applied to all swatches: (credit to karzalee for the dress shown in the model viewer)

So when you check both Restrict flags, does that mean the item will not show on the opposite gender/frame even if the feminine/masculine tag is clicked away in the CAS screen catalog?

This is what EA says about these fields:
“Restrict for Opposite Gender”: Indicates the part cannot be used on the opposite gender. The UI will not show parts with this flag if the current Sim’s gender does not match what is specified in the part’s age/gender flags.
“Restrict for Opposite Frame”: Indicates the part cannot be used on the opposite gendered frame. The UI will not show parts with this flag if the current Sim’s frame gender does not match what is specified in the part’s age/gender flags.
This leads me to believe that the answer is yes.

Good to know this. Will give it a try when I have light and see what happens in game. Always good to know studio is always up to date with Ea patches.

These changes can be made to My CC list or I have to edit each package?
Edit: I borked some clothes and hair. In my CC list I saw all, but in game some clothes and hair doesn't work. The clothes borked doesn't show up and the hairs doesn't work. May be I lost some mesh? or did I something wrong? I've not managed to identify the clothes that do not appear in the game.

That's my main problem. I wanted to make some chokers and stuff that were made by different people for both female and male, yet they just sat in a male's neck. On the females it's fine

Curious if there is a batch process fix for this. I have male sims using female skins. I've run the batch fix for "do not allow for random", but somewhere it's still picking custom skin tones for generated sims. I'd like to have a batch fix to set all custom content to either male/female (rather than going into each 2800 packages individually. 99% of my CC is for female, yet the creators flag it for use with both male and female and then I end up with male sims wearing female custom skins with breasts and female clothing (dresses, etc). No Bueno! A batch fix would be great!

This probably counts as a bug but I can't post on the bug report thread.. items that are tagged as Restrict Opposite Frame only let you change the thumbnail for the gender they're designed for. This should be tied to Restrict Opposite Gender instead, since the sim's gender rather than frame is what determines which thumbnail you see in-game.
