Hello everyone! Please excuse my question a bit. silly ^_^ I would like to learn how to use blender but are just at the beginning! How should I do if I want to edit a short dress? I would like to remove the shoulder pads and shorten it but I have to use a top or Nevermind? thank you very much!

I would recommend you too look at the tutorials here in Studio. You can try THIS about how to shorten a skirt mesh. It will help you to get to know the program and the process in general.  |

pinky6 I would highly recommend to watch simple tutorials for beginners which show basic options like selecting the object, rotating, how to work with viewports if you are really new to blender. It helps tremendously not to get lost at the beginning. You can get easily frustrated if you don't know how to do the most basic things. I am telling from the top of my own experience.
