So, I'm making a new windows mesh. In the warehouse I found a file i don't know what it is. But every windows has it. Should I edit it? How? Thank you!

I think it might be the mask for the cutout. Take a look at brujah's tutorial, step 10.

I think it might be the mask for the cutout. Take a look at brujah's tutorial, step 10. Could be too, his warehouse layout is different so its hard to tell edit - I think the bottom image in mathcope's screenshot is the cut out. Im only guessing though I dont understand windows.

To organize your Warehouse view to match Brujah's just click the box that says Type in it. This will sort the resource list by type how Brujah has his in his screenshot. This may help you to match up what you're seeing in your Warehouse with what you see in the picture of Brujah's Warehouse.

Hi guys! Thanks for the answers. However, it is not the wall cut out, I already did that and is the last image in the list. That black triangle. It might be the specular of the glass, the thing is that is different from the UV map of the windows, it is like rotated and sized down. Don't really get it

Hi! you should export the (original) mesh and take a look in blender how the glass is mapped. not always is mapped like the borders of the window since it uses a different texture.
To me it's the glass spec, just like simista said. If you're unsure you can check the models to see what is what.

That is the problem, there's no group mesh in blender that matches that image's UV. I don't know how or what it does there. There's also a diffuse to match with, but I have no idea where it comes from either. It is not the specular of the glass neither I think, there's another file for that.

Can you share the package so i can look at it? just the original clone, no need to include your meshes.

Here you got. Is the same for every windows in game though.

LOL, just found it! It is the diffuse and ¿specular? for the lowest level of detail. It has a different UV map since they are only planes and the part that goes into the wall. I would have never thought about it.

(sorry for double post, i wanted a division XD)
but, i've exported the mesh and yeah.. the mapping doesn't match. I experienced the same thing with those twinkle lights from christmas.. the ones with the light animations.. i couldn't figured that out either. :/

Yes, I don't know what that is... maybe orangemittens can take a look at it. It doesn't seems to have any effects in game that I know... I will replace the diffuse for the LOD2 and use the same color with that weird image, just in case. LOL Thanks for the help, inabadromance
