Not sure why it's not Changing, i've done this with Older Games. (BACKUP! BACKUP! BACKUP! - Never forget the Backup File...ha!)
Maybe if you Copy and Paste to Desktop, do the Changes on the Desktop Copy and then Drag it into the Folder from Desktop...where it will ask you if you want to Replace the File.
(Only things that come to mind.)

here that should solve your problem  1. changes the seconds
2. then save it and try it in game
2.0 means this are the standard seconds and this is why you can´t see your changes. Hope it works well for you now

But nada. i did all the following above. no idea what's causing this. do i have to change it in the latest DLC folder as well? |
