your uv might be out a tiny bit where the texture seam is, or your texture needs a little tidy up at the edges

The new Lighting Scheme that EA/Maxis threw @ us can also have some wierd effects - even on Stock Game Objects. There are also normal Objects that look Completely' different now, depending on placement and Time of Day/Night.
It's like they wanted Ultimate Lighting effects, Rockstar -"GTAV-style"- but, it just doesn't match up with in-game Content.....yet.
EDIT: Is it JUST ME, or does the Daylight/Time of Day go just a bit too Fast....creating way too many Shadow Changes in too short of a Time Span?

hi! Does the original items you based your item from have the same issue? I can understand the pot having those.. "issues" since those are hard edges and shadows (honestly) are a bit wonky in a general speaking. As for the tree part, you might need to go into edit mode and change to solid material (with smooth shading on, if it isn't). Rotate the view slowly and you're going to see that harsh line. Go into edge selection mode (with limited select off) and select all that edge of the tree that has the separation. Then look in the side bar for "remove doubles".
