Hello, sorry for posting again . I need a new dirt overlay for my mesh. I followed this tutorial (it's a bit different, but i think I got the right path) sims4studio.com/thread/5183/tutorial-change-dirty-state-overlayThe result, not so good: clean / dirty state Here is how I did it 1/ Add a new DST instance. Copy the instance number? 2/ Find the shader 3/ Paste the DST instance into dirt overlay instance ------------------ I included the clean packet with default dirt, and my dirt overlay here: Dropbox
It's Lice freezer from retail buy mode (Get To Work) Any insight is be appreciated. This is just too much for my brain D:

You also need to make sure that the Group numbers match. Yours don't. Your image file has a group of 80000000 but in the shader entry it is stil 00000000 above where you pasted the Instance number in your last screenshot.
Give that a try and see if it works. I have been messing with similar things a LOT with a CAS project of mine recently.

I'm glad I could help. Sometimes the simple solutions are the easiest to overlook.
