I'm making a decorative object which has 3 legs. I'd like to put a design in them, so they need to be mapped in the exact same place. They are identical, made with the Mirror modifier, and each has one seam in the exact same place as the others. Still, Blender mapped them slightly differently, so I can't just overlap them. Is there a command to tell Blender to map these 3 pieces into a single UV, or something like that? Thank you!

You can overlap them manually moving the vertices. Or a better solution always apply the mirror modifier after mapping your object. This way you will get an exact uv map for those and they will be already overlaped one into another. If you already applied the modifier delete one and then copy the mapped one. You can do that pressing Shift+D in blender. Or naturally appling the mirror again...
