I have no idea why the image looks ok close up but distorts as your zoom out. I have never experienced this issue before and in all honesty have no idea how to fix. Not even in the slightest.

~~I don't know if that has something to do~~ but your image's size is wrong. Remember it should be in powers of 2^n. Your images are 540x540. You should resize it to be 512x512. That includes all the images. Diffuse, Specular and Bump.

Edit: It was that. I resized the images and now it looks like this. Not distorded anymore
