hello everyone i was just wondering if i did batch fix, it'll create a batch fix backup folder right?
so if i wanna share the fixed version of some lights, do i copy them from my mod folder or the s4s batch fix backup folder?

Hi, the batch fix fixed the lights that got broken after the last EA patch. When you apply the batch fix Studio makes a backup of the original files in the Documents/Sims 4 Studio/ Batch fixes, a folder will indicate the date, time and batch fix applied. Inside you will find the original files unfixed.
The fixed ones will be in your mods folder, in wherever place you have them inside the Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods. If you want to share the updated files that work with the current patch share the ones inside this folder. The backup is only in case you don't want the fix, then you're files are safe.

From your Mod folder. The file in your backup folder should be a copy of the un-fixed object in case something went wrong while fixing.  Edit: Math was faster! |
