hi! i've downloaded the package of the agathos table to corroborate what i suspected. and it is the specular the issue at hand. that's the problem, you keep using the same dst specular that isn't matte. the first clue that helps me to know if the specular is matte or not, is by only looking at the little black thumb on the preview. it's completely black. and it should be gray-ish, just like the bump.
i exported the specular dst and opened it on photoshop. the background layer is black. if i head over to the channels, there's no alpha channel. For a specular to be matte the background needs to be black, and the alpha channel black too. And saved as dxt5. That's why all the objects shine when outside, or even inside.

I see I keep doing same mistake. If I am not too much can you share and show which maps should be put to where? And I can use same maps for All objects right?

Leo, I guess that depends on whether you want all your objects to be equally shiny / matte I didn't know most of the things Inabadromance wrote above before either, so thank you from me as well. While poking through the tutorials again yesterday I however discovered, that there actually is a pretty thorough tutorial on the subject - this one - perhaps it does interest you as well.
