hi, welcome to the forums!
i'm unsure if the problem is the mesh, could you please share the .blend file you're using for importing?
By taking a look at the package, i'm noticing that the main texture isn't right.. it seems that it only has the borders showing up, and the rest hidden due to alpha. When you use tsrw to export the files, you should export the multiplier (main texture-gray) too, not only the overlay. And mix those two textures in one dds.

i'm not seeing anything in the mesh that could cause that issue. But i re-looked the package again and noticed that neither the bump and specular (which shouldn't be the same) don't match with the model. How exactly did you clone the item? and what did you used as a base? i would re clone the object again.
