So I've been relentlessly trying to remove the lace from the new Backyard Stuff's bodysuit/swimsuit thing, however it does not want to be removed for me and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I've looked up tutorials trying to understand and have even asked a few popular blogs that I know edits meshes to try to help me out. Here's the mesh I want to edit. This is the original: This is what I want it to look like: I thought it was going to be as easy as just deleting the lace off the mesh, but of course it isn't. So I went to follow this tutorial on how to edit shadows so that I can figure out how to get rid of the lace on the other parts of the mesh. I ended up with this (I believe, I've followed so many tutorials I cant remember what the outcome of them): Opened it back up and it still wasn't gone. Then I went to follow this tutorial thinking that this might be the problem, since there is only three parts to the entire mesh. I ended up with this: I thought I finally figured it out since I've technically edited the lace from all parts of the mesh. To my demise, it's still there. I don't know what to do or what I've done wrong at this point, so I'm turning to S4S for help. Thank you very much!

You need to edit the bump map in the file. Look for that in tutorials here in the forum.
Have in mind that if you don't clone it as 3d mesh the bump will not show up. Recolors don't have that option.

you done good, you changed the rles file, and you changed one of the RLE 2 images, and now what about the other RLE 2? look on your first image who show the warehouse, you have an RLE 2 image selected in blue, above it there is one more RLE 2, export it, make all of it same color as it background,or clear the area you wish and you done <:

Thank you guys so much! Finally figured it out. I figured it was something super simple. I'll make sure to retain this info so that I can do this again to other meshes. I've learned a lot. Thank you again!
