Wow, that is one detailed mesh. I am really new to this so I might be wrong but the vertex count does seem to be a tad excessive for a sims lamp (even though it is a beautiful model). Part of your problem might be the amount of tiniest elements blender splits the uv map into when unwrapping. If you have built such a detailed model, you probably know a lot more about 3d modeling than I do, but I would assume that with an object such as this you cannot soley rely on blender to make a sensible uv map for you but actually have to place seams along which the uv map is cut manually.

Basically what anska said Its way to high a poly count for a lamp like she said. To get bakes to work the unwrapping needs to be perfect for the best results, the better the unwrap the better the bake.

I see. I just deleted the details on the top and multiplier is better now 😊
