how do you remove wrench icon?

i liked some old eyes and made a default out of it, more like putting other textures on another default and they have the wrench icon in cas. Sorry if this has been covered already but is there a way to take them out?

Oh yeah, are the Honey and Golden eye color are hidden eye colors? Is it possible to put default textures on it? If so, can anyone tell me what their instances are?
