Help with creating mesh with Marvelous Designer for Ts4

I've been trying for a few days to make a dress using Marvelous Designer. I've done the weight painting and vertex painting, the uv map etc. But for some reason it still is not working. I wanted to use Blender, s4studio and MD to make it as well. I really don't know whats wrong or what I'm doing wrong, I feel like it has something to do with the assigning bones, but now I'm quite confused on how to do that as well. So if anybody know's how to help/ what I'm doing wrong etc, please help.
