I do know that baking the shadows in blender is an option but...what if I wanna make the fabric creased a bit?? Usually that isn't achieved by baking the shadow. So Do I have to paint them on the texture??? I've tried that and it just ended terrible.... Is there a tutorial on that kind of shadows??
~Thanks~

Those kinds of folds are generally done by hand, but what I generally do is copy+paste part of the texture from a shirt/couch/whatever already in-game that has the kind of folds I want and manipulate it to match the rest of the item. You could also google 'shirt crease texture' or something and could probably find a decent base? I'm afraid I don't know of any tutorials for this off the top of my head though :(

Another way to do this is to make another mesh, this one with fold details (a high poly mesh) and then use that to bake shadows on your normal (low poly) mesh. There is a tutorial written for TS3 cushions that shows you how to do this in blender, but I am unable to search for it at the moment. You could try googling it.

If you want to paint those details by hand, probably the best tutorials for you would be normal painting/ drawing tutorials focusing on fabrics.
