Feet are rarely attached to full body outfits. The legs are in a transparent part because we only want the skin texture to show. The textures are something I know how to fix, and I created these files as examples, not finished mods. It's evident from your screenshots that your setting are two high to show the glitch. You need have your setting turned down to medium or simply high rather than ultra. If you sim level of detail is set to very high the glitch does not show up.
°I tried to Switch-out the Mesh using, "Fresh Legs", from a Base Body Clothing Mesh...deleted your Original Leg area and imported that area....Nope, didn't work. GAHHHH!!!
°Then, i took a Base Game Body Clothing Dress and checked all the Weights....Transferred to the Nearest Vertex...blah, blah...another Switch-out Routine....Nope. GAHHHH!! x 2
I am used to doing CAS Accessories, where you look for the RED area to ASSIGN the Vertex Group for the entire Mesh.....and this is my problem with Clothing with interpreting this as an Amateur - You've got the Body Vertex Groups and there really is no actual MAIN ASSIGN for the Mesh.
Yeah, blah...not sure what to do, it still seems like there is a problem with those Legs/Feet/Ankle areas...like something is Missing.
It's like this Mesh was Base Cloned from something strange, not a normal Body Outfit.(?)
