need help so custom eyes i made not show up!!!

want resizing to fit the sims 4 exported eye dds you created then as for saving I wouldn't save it as PNG but as A DDS, AS I've learned while making eyes the S4 Eye dds files don't except png idk why but it won't even show up if it is save it will act as nothing has happen.
