I guess the first question would be: do they show up in the the studio?
Also, is it the mark that you need want to show up or the eyes, it is kind of unclear. Maybe posting your package would be helpful too.

I second what eronoel already said xddragonladyxd, but a reason for some of the items not showing up could also be that you maybe used the "save as" function to make a "new" item? If that's the case, then those items won't show up and the one you made before will probably. So for each new item (Not each new swatch), you will have to clone a new set of eyes. But as Eronel already said, maybe you can make more clear what your problem is by adding some screenshots or adding the package to you message.

these are post to be non default eyes sorry I''m still knew to making cc i will post them files and here is how it was in sims 3 with the mark on the head You don't have to apologize, we were all once new to modding. When i started I also knew nothing about anything. That said, forget what I said earlier, I never made eye recolors before but I just took a look at it and it's working a bit different then other items I saw as there is no catalog thumbnail in game and such. I found this tutorial here on the forum: Stand Alone Eye RecolorDid you use this tutorial too when making yours? I tested your eyes in game and they didn't show up for me either. Then I exported your Fire Eyes texture and imported it back in a new eye recolor and that also didn't work. Maybe there's something wrong with this feature or I don't understand how to make eyes either. Your best change now to get some help is by asking this same question in the Tutorial thread or maybe yunanesca knows what is going wrong.

I took a look and couldn't get them to show up in my game either. I remade them again as non-default eyes and they didn't show up still. I have made a few eyes but am not an expert, but my other eyes show up (but they were made with an earlier version of S4S several months ago). I didn't try creating them as facepaint; although that is a way you could go, if it works. I don't know that the mark will show up as something associated with eyes anyway, but I could be wrong. So hopefully yunanesca has some insight.

for me the eye's work but I had to do some editing to them as in trimming and resizing them to fit the eyes for S4studio and as for the icon if you want that Your going to have make that in to a face Mask or makeup selection I think I don't believe that will both at the same time cause in sims 3 the eye is place near the bottom on the dds and on sims 4 there at the top location. As You can see I have posted pictures with the eyes in studio and game.

xddragonladyxdBakie I did get the eye part as a face mask but the If he wanted the Icon that come with it he going have to do either on something other than the Face mask cause they both won't function at the same time. I'm thinking make the Icon on the top a Tattoo but I'm not familiar with tattoos making. AS for the eye you make the eye like usual in Om's standalone eye tutorial Up until step 5 then from there is where you going have edit you eye you want resizing to fit the sims 4 exported eye dds you created then as for saving I wouldn't save it as PNG but as A DDS, AS I've learned while making eyes the S4 Eye dds files don't except png idk why but it won't even show up if it is save it will act as nothing has happen. but after He get the eye on to the Eye dds You then save that and Import the eye dds to the Face Paint the once you have done that You save then Export it, then from ther you follow @bakies Face Paint but getting it show in full color you Where He will say Grey You want White.
