Okay, So this is minor, very minor, but its bugging me. So I thought I would see if someone had any ideas about how to get rid of the strange shadows on the corners. It is a working computer but I did replace the spec/normal and I tried remove doubles. Any idea on how to get it to smooth out? Just the corners. Thanks in advance. Hi! i couldn't see the issues on the sides of the screen like you're showing here on the actual mesh. i do see the same problem on each side below the keyboard. i'm assuming the extra edges on those parts, are causing the shadow. this is what i suggest: - remember to have in object mode, the shading in "smooth".- Go into edit mode.
1. change to edge selection. Disable limit selection. 2. on the right sidebar, look for the "view" tittle and swipe the "start" to the smallest value possible. 3. while hold ctrl and do a circular selection while clicking the left button on your mouse or tablet to select the edges shown on the image. 4- press supr and select "dissolve edges". Do the same on the other side. For the screen corners, do the same. You can rotate the camera into the screen to select the edges better as shown here: if you have the same issue on the front side, you can do exactly the same.

I figured it was those little connectors, and finally managed to dissolve them (and alter the mesh a bit but no biggie) and now, tada! no little lines. I was having trouble dissolving some of the lines, so thanks for the help!!
