Hi, so I've been doing some research to see if there's any tutorials on this and I've checked both here and MTS. Has anyone encountered a tutorial on how to create a pie menu + subsection in TS4? I was thinking it'd be really cool to create something similar to Pose Player's interaction but make it available for individual poses or animations. Is this possible to do? Any suggestions on where to start?

Take a look at the tutorial in this post (downloaded in a zip), it has a subsection on how to create a custom pie menu. |

Thanks phyre! This is exactly what I was looking for, something comprehensive to follow that would walk through all the steps. Looking at the tutorial, it seems the hardest part is going to be implementing the pose or animation themselves. Ideally, I'd like to be able to make the couple poses additional romantic interactions you can use along side the ones already listed in game... that's meant to be way down the road after I do just a simple "<Pose Name> with <Sim Name> " interaction that has no additional values (save for screen shots). I think an interaction like this will be useful in place of Teleport here and the ever-absent move objects for Sims. |
