Greetings! I recently recoloured a hair that isn't a basegame hair and sometimes when I choose a different outfit (Formal, Athletic, Swim, ect...) the hair changes colour. This doesn't happen every time I change outfits but it's making me think I messed something up and I'd like to figure out what's causing this before I recolour other hair. I've been changing the SecondaryDisplayIndex in case that's relevant and I'm using the most current version of S4S. Also I googled this problem and couldn't get a solid answer from what I read about whether this is a glitch or faulty CC. Anyone have any ideas or experiences with this problem? Thanks  |

Hi, welcome to the forums! to my knowledge this is a general bug with children. I'm not sure it's related to having cc since i've seen it happening on vanilla games. You can google something like: chidren changing color sims 4, and you'll find bug reports about it. What you have to do to avoid it is change the hair or eyes back to the usual color in cas and select an adult. After selecting the adult, the child's avatar will update and will have the hair/eyes you chose. Then click the ok tick to exit cas. If clicking the adult doesn't prevent the color from changing, you'll have to do it again until it sticks.
