Okay, so I have a couple of questions on how you rotate objects in build mode. The first one is something that I learnt before, but I merely forgot and, quite frankly, I decided that it would be easier to put in this post along with my other question than to Google it. Logic :D
Anyway:
1) You know when someone does free rotate? You know, when they can rotate it at any degree? Yeah, how do you do that? I've completely forgotten.
2) I know that you can press Ctl/Cmd + 0 and Ctl/Cmd + 9 to move objects up and down when you have move objects on, but is there a way to move rotate an object on the Y axis? Here's an example of what I mean:
So I have the baby without a crib mod (if you don't know this, it's basically where when you have a baby and instead of having the default crib underneath the baby, the crib is basically invisible and you can place the baby in custom cribs). Anyway, I also downloaded some highchairs that were converted from Sims 2 as I figured it would be good for decoration. However, I wanted to see if there was a way that I could make the baby 'stand up' and then press CTL + 9 to raise it up to the high chair... of course you wouldn't be able to interact with the baby, but it would add so much more to the gameplay if I could have the baby in the high chair while my family is eating dinner.
So in short, is there a way to rotate on the Y axis?
