Hello, I have been trying to complete the above mentioned for days. When I get to Part III #13 I click the small white cube to open the UV/Image Editor and it makes the second mesh window close from the direction in #12. Can you please give me direction on how to keep all of them open so that I can FINALLY complete this. OMG, I have been working on this for this for days . Thank you! This is the blender file: 1drv.ms/f/s!AgZdmyx6ubycapeCizcbxT_5GBo

missiepooh45 it's what you need, to have 3D view on the right and UV map editor on the left. Right now you have 2 3D view windows open, when you press that small cube closer to the bottom left corner of the program you will open UV editor where you need to edit UV map of new item (starting from step #14). After step 13 it should look like this:

The second window is supposed to be replaced by the UV/Image editor. I've checked your .blend, clicked the white box, selected the UV/Image Editor on the resulting list of choices, and the UV/Image editor replaced your second mesh view with no problem. What happens when you click the white box and select UV/Image Editor from the list?

It replaces my second mesh and then when I #15 it only shows one mesh to work with instead of the two that were selected.

Hi missiepooh45, you have to give people a chance to respond before assuming there is no response. When you click that menu selection it should split your screen so that only one side of it has a model viewer with the mesh in it. You have sent the .blend from the step just before that selection step. Make the selection, save the .blend, and post it so people can see what the issue is. As it is, the description you're giving sounds like what is supposed to be happening.

I'm not sure if this is the issue but maybe you only have one viewport on your blender.you can follow this gif and divide your screen into two parts. (inside spoiler) sorry if this isn't it.
