Hi there! I was hoping someone could help me with a necklace I'm trying to make. I feel like it might be an issue with my UV1 and I've been looking at tutorials on the forums, but everything I have tried has not made any difference. Basically, my mesh is made up 4 different EA meshes and for the pendant portion of the necklace, there are three meshes layered on top of each other. No matter what I do, the bottom part of the pendant distorts correctly with the body while the top two layers stay still. Here is the file: www.dropbox.com/s/8dv9fdys4x2dljq/necklace%20help.blend?dl=0Can anyone help me? Thank you!

hi! welcome to the forums! My questions is, from where exactly are the meshes from? Each mesh has it's unique weight/bones and uv_1 configurations. If you place an earring mesh on the necklace space, then it's going to be missing all the "interactions" it has with the neck. You'll have to re do those things so that all the parts of the mesh match. Create another save of the blend you're going to work with (so you have a back up of the previous) i recommend selecting only the part that you're having issues with by going into edit mode, selecting it and pressing p / selection to separate it into other group so that you don't mess the other parts' configurations. When finished with the steps (below), join the parts again. - use this tip to make a smooth transfering of both things below. - do transfer weight (remove the bones you already have first). - and uv_1. If after doing this to the separated part still doesn't make it match, then you'll have to do it on the whole accessory.

Hi! Thank you for the welcome, and thank you for responding! The chain and circle pendant are from GTW necklaces and the flower shapes are from the child Dine Out hair. I didn't realize that would be the case. I will try your suggestions!
