Good morning.
I am not sure if this rather odd problem is an issue with Studio, a broken package or it simply not liking what I am doing.
I am working with the AlphaPhong kitchen units that came with Cool Kitchen Stuff.
The straight unit of that set has no "glass" parts. So I used a technique I proved worked with a different set I was working on (Harbinger Set) and...
Copied the Instance from the straight unit, then deleted it from the package. I then duplicated the left end piece (that had the "glass" parts), using the Instance I copied from the straight unit.
Then I selected that duplicated unit, data tab, LODS, Edit Items: and for both the High and Medium detail flags, copied the instance number into the correct place there as well.
Finally, re-imported the edited straight unit's blend, job done.
Tested in game and it works perfectly as before. Sinks cut into it correctly, and it has the extra parts that the Left unit had, ready for me to start creating my new mesh...
However, with this set, if I close Studio and reopen the package, if I select the Model again, Data, LODS, the last 3 entries in the High Detail Flag are gone. (Link Version, Meshes, Version). The object still works perfectly, and those entries are still there for the Medium Detail Flags.
Although it doesn't seem to stop the object from functioning in game, it will mean if I decide to change the shader later for example, I won't be able to...
The screenshot below shows what I mean. The right is a cloned untouched copy of the Unit, the left is the one I have changed.
Assuming this has loaded, (I seem to have real problems posting images on here), you can see what I mean...
