Hello! When I use "Batch export" for one texture, file is saved in the DDS / PNG / jpeg format (ok). But If i have a lot of teture and i want to export this I use "batch export". Files are saved in an unknown format, and I can not open them in a 2D graphic editor. How to use this function (Batch export)? Is it possible to download all swatches at once?

When they export as that file, have you tried changing the extension to either .dds or .png...and see if they will open then?
It could be that Studio is still exporting them as the correct type, it's just sticking the wrong extension on the end of the filenames...

But then it will work with each file. Similarly, if I simply export the texture of the same number of swatches, only be once the correct format

The batch export feature is not meant to be used with image resources. As stated by fifthace2007 you can change the extension name and open them as an image. The reason is that Studio batch exports resources using the resource extension type so that they can be moved back and forth between .packages. The feature is intended for people who are making .package modifications, not for people working with images. Adding the ability to batch export images from a .package for people working with images is on the list of features to add to Studio, however, when that feature is added images will be exported this way from the Studio tab, not the Warehouse.
