So I've been toying around with the gender customization option for creating CC. I recently did a tutorial on how to use S4S Appleseed to make a stand alone recolor. I left out custom thumbnails because I was having an issue getting thumbnails to take. I fixed it, and I'll write a tutorial on how you get the thumbnail to import later.
My main concern, though, is that when I create the recolor, I keep getting the female frame even for my masculine framed sims. No problem, I just went through S4S, found the male mesh for the same shirt and imported the same texture. The problem is, there's some clipping that occurs and I'm not quite sure why. I think the only way to make this work in game is to use the meshes separately (i.e the female mesh texture file is going to be smaller than the masculine frame so it should be easy to copy and then past the diffuse texture over top.
If I do it this way, though, I'm wondering if there's a way to use Appleseed's warehouse or other tools to package the masculine and feminine meshes (and texture) together so it all looks like one file instead of two separate files. I'm not sure if I'm making sense, so let me know if I need to clarify anything. ANY ideas would be helpful.
