I am having this issue with my window being invisible when placed in game - I figured out how to fix it, or at least I thought.
I created the mesh from scratch in Blender (i usually use Max) I made sure to make the entire mesh from one simple cube - after that I duplicate/delete certain parts into the proper groups This works process works for me.
However if I make only one side of the window and then duplicate > mirror to the other side it shows invisible in game even though it's fine in Studio. This apparently has nothing to do with flipping faces because I've tried. Now, here's where it gets a bit weird.
I successfully created the window using the first method - but then I went to make the wider version to fit on diagonal walls. I did this by simply appending my mesh to the base game wide mesh and then just widening it to fit. Now i'm back to my original problem of the mesh being invisible.
It's only invisible if you look at the mesh straight on, but if you turn the camera to the side of the wall - the entire mesh shows fine.
Here's the comparison photo:

hi! when you mirror in blender, the normals get flipped. To fix it you should go to the sidebar, uv, and flipped direction. It'd be easier to check if it's indeed that or something else with the .blend file

That's what I'm saying - I didn't mirror it. I made the entire window as one mesh (front and back + glass) Then I just duplicated it the set amount of times and deleted the faces I didn't need for each group. I already tried flipping normals and faces but that doesn't work. Hrm..

i'm sorry i'm not really sure why it would be doing that. You can send the file privately if you don't want to link it publicly? Maybe try cloning a decorative item and importing the mesh to see if the issue is the mesh or the window package.

I think i've messed around with the mesh too much at this point - so I think maybe I will make the mesh in Max this time, import in blender to see if it'll fix it. If that doesn't work - I'll send the file your way. Thanks!

I fixed my issue - of course with me it was something as simple as looking at my groups and figuring out I had to flip group 5 & 6 with one another.

No, the group 5 and 6 are the frames of the window, of course one faces outside and the other inside once places in game. Because they were switched, when I placed my window in game the window looked invisible. Just changing the group number and cut fixed it.
