hi! can you describe the steps you made to edit this two objects? The first image looks like one arm doesn't have the weight right. Did you try copying one arm to the other? is it a new mesh? If it's a mesh edit from a base game item, you should only modify the mesh, but not the weight or uv_1.
As for the second item, what cas item did you clone to import your mesh edit? The mesh you're editing originally had more than 1 group. If the item you cloned had 3 groups, your mesh must have 3 groups with matching cut numbers.

But I wonder how to weight the right arm same as the left one. Thanks BTW my old meshes could be merge into one object in blender & show normal in CAS. So i don't know why this time 2 items cannot be done like it.

I'm not sure why you would need to copy one side to the other. Just edit the other arm exactly the same as you did with the other.
I'm not sure how your old meshes were, but if the object you cloned has 4 groups and you're adding only one and deleting the rest .. is going to mess up the package. I suggest cloning a full outfit like the swimsuit, delete the parts you don't need and append your coat accordingly maintaining all original groups and names.
