Hello its me again. Today I am having a issue with a freshly made arch doors. I have everything ready and I loaded my mesh into the game. Things looks fine apart from the cutout were out of place but thats small problem. The main issue is the arch is un-usable. I need to place it with bb.moveobjects on cheat otherwise it wouldnt get on walls. After I forced the arches onto the wall, my sim cannot go in there. I have made thick arches because I want more realistic feels. Will this be the root of the issue? But I have seen other creators have wide open door/window and still working in the game so I really have no idea why.

Hi, update here. I changed the footprints on the mesh allowing it to intersect with wall so now I can place it with no-cheats on. But still my sims cannot go in via the arch. It seem to me that its a footprint problem but I am not really sure. Anyone have similar issue before please help. I dont want my arch just be a decoration :( Also Noticed that my mesh snap onto a half grid. Maybe also thats why my sims wont go there. But I have no idea how to fix this. :(

Please help/teach me to edit footprints manually. I read all the tutorials and only thing I found relevant was the auto-footprint generate. It was helpful but have created the problem I mentioned above where the door no longer be functional. :'( I wanted to keep it 4x2 but snap onto normal grid like other door:(

Export a rug footprint and import it into your arch (pick one the same size, you can always just click the adjust button).
Then - Save it, shut of s4s, re open your package, go to the warehouse, click on footprint, object polygons the first value is 00000005, change it to 00000007 (you can just type in 7 s4s should ad the 0's. That will make it so the sims will still walk over it like a rug, but not through the actual mesh.
