Ok, so you can buy stuff off of a mannequin, right? I was wondering how can you make an object act as a mannequin? Or put the charge thing on anything else for that matter? Any and all help will be much appreciated. T.I.A.

In short: Tuning. For example, Graycurse's Grocery Mod. He took objects, and made them functional. I personally can't help you, I'm not very savvy at tunning but there are some tutorials on here. It's similar to HTML, you just have to figure out what you're reading. You could always practice by tinkering with the tuning on pre-existing objects.

Warehouse - Object Definition.
Coping the tuning and tuning id form a Mannequin eg
Tuning - object_Mannequin_AdultFemale Tuning ID - 107811
And pasting into any object will make it act like a Mannequin on the surface. An example is, you can make any object a chest of draws, so when you click on it the sims will use it as it was a chest of draws. But the same cant be done for a fridge, it will act like a fridge but because the fridge opens and closes etc the sims wont be able to use it.

I think I'm having a similar problem....
I'm trying to make a replacement mannequin, but with no success so far. I tried cloning it originally, but when that didn't work, have gone with the override option. I've replaced both the buy catalogue and debug mannequins, but STILL the old mannequin is what shows up in game, ie, it looks like the new object, until, immediately upon placing, it reverts to the original mannequin :/ Any help is much appreciated.
