Take a look at this tutorial: How to Make A Full Body Outfit into A Top. In this tutorial OrangeMittens goes over the whole process of joining different groups and the importance of cut numbers. If this does not fix your issue, please post your .package file so someone can have a look.

I have finally got my mesh to flow properly with my characters movements which is awesome cause it took me days to figure this out. The two peoblems i have now is the medals on the chest i can get to flow with my characters movements too but dont react with the CAS sliders. Also problem 2 the right bicep is still missing in game.

hi brybee, care to share an imageof the item in game, the blend & the package files? When importing a mesh to a cloned item, that mesh MUST have the exact same number of groups with their equivalent cut numbers. You can't delete or add anything.

I was told the uvmap would help me with the sliders but wow it looks hard lol.

The original mesh you cloned has a mesh group with a cut number of 1 and this mesh group consists of a chunk of the upper right arm. Your mesh has two mesh groups with a cut number of 1. The first is a necklace part and the second is a chunk of the upper right arm. Studio will only accept a single mesh group for each cut number. If there are two mesh groups with the same cut number it will import one of those and it will not import the other. For this reason, each mesh group needs to have a unique cut number and each cut number in the .blend needs to correspond to a cut number that was in the original mesh that you cloned. Because you have the necklace and the bicep sharing a cut number Studio is importing the necklace and not importing the bicep.
