Hi everyone, me again. So I am trying to make a series with a lot of glass tops but somehow every glass has a different shade. One looks perfectly clear, the next is kind of milky ... Anyone knows this problem? Thank you for reading!

I think I did yes. At least I know for 3 of them that I did. Yet still they are different. I will now try to take one table as an model for the rest and mesh off of that one and maybe that will help.

Yes, so what I did worked. I used the object where I liked the glass the most and exported the mesh, edited it and used the new mesh and glasstexture on my other meshes. A little bit of a hassle and I still don't know why they have different shades but at least it worked. If anyone has an idea I am still interested in knowing what went wrong on the way!

Two things I can think of.
One is simple the texture of the glass, different objects have different textures on it
Secondly in the warehouse the bottom two DTS images, they are both tiny one is 4x4, its grey and I think its the glass normal, the other white one 16x16 is the shine of the glass I believe, I usually blank both of them out. You also got keep an eye out for any glass spec, I think its above these two small ones, if the object has one, some don't, some do.
