I plan to write a tutorial showing how to do this and, for someone brand new to Blender, I think pictures will be necessary to adequately explain it. In the meantime, would you post your .obj so I can look at it? I'm having a tough time reproducing that error and I'd like to figure out what's causing it.

hi gloriatochi, I've tried saving your .obj with my Blender and I still cannot get it to make an error. Could you post the error you're receiving and the steps you're taking when you get it?

Thank you for the error message gloriatochi, right now I'm working on creating a method that will allow people to make their mesh in Milkshape and bring it back into Blender and back to Studio successfully.

This is really good news w8tls. I pretty much switched from Milkshape to Blender in the early part of the 2.6 series and I wasn't aware this addon had been made. This should definitely improve workflow for people who prefer to mesh with Milkshape if it works well.
