Hi, I am lost because I am unable to extract a (special) Sims 2 mesh with SIMPE. This is “Maxis "Lost & Found" #19: SEVEN new beautiful trees” still available at Modthesims. It was extracted and released by Numenor. Its here: www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=152290
I am in love with the Oak (“Numenor_MaxisLost_Tree-Oak”). It worked so fine in Sims 2… Wish to convert it to Sims 4, but I can’t extract the mesh with Simpe. It doesn't work like all usual meshes.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There are so many experts among you... Nobody knows how to extract this damned/amazing mesh?

Hi Brujah, I know this thread and I was sure that I was respecting the rules. I may be wrong, but I thought that it was allowed to convert meshes from retired creators. Numenor has not logged to Modthesims for a very long time: He retired from the Sims "community" after the release of Sims 3.
Om's tutorial explains perfectly how to extract normal meshes, but the one I wish I could convert has no "Geometric Data Container" and no "Textures-Images". It is not a usual mesh.
Thanks anyway for your reply. Have a nice day (or night).

Hello! I believe Numenor have only "enabled" the objects to be available in the build menu. They can be found in the files for Family Fun Stuff, I have extracted the Oak mesh for you and the 4 textures/recolors. Uploaded to dropbox here.

Femmejean, you make me sooo happy, you can't imagine. I am deeply grateful for your help and enjoy in advance this oak. Thanks as well for your explanations. I'll install FFS and try to find the mesh. There is everyday something to learn here. A big hug to you.
