If you find a strapless dress to use as the clone for your earlier garment that has the slight bra strap outline left behind choose Create 3D mesh instead of CAS standalone. That way if you still end up with bump artifacts it can be easily fixed. Even though you're cloning it as create 3D mesh the fix does not involve any meshing. The reason to make a full clone is because EA, for some reason, included that one image (the bump) in the mesh resource so the only way to get at it is to make a full mesh clone.

Thank you very much  I did what you said and searched for a strapless gown...unfortunately all there is the mermaid shaped bottom gown and the wedding dress (ball gown)... :( so anyway...I ended up making another ruched dress recolor...and this time it HAS SHADOWS of the original ruched dress texture ! (Because made it backless LOL. I give up! I don't care anymore   I don't mind the shadows...they are barely visible....The Dress is very pretty but of course It won't be accepted if I submit it in MTS or TSR Lol!  I'll just use this in my game and I'm sharing it to anyone who wants to use it (or maybe improve it ) Here they are:    DOWNLOAD HERE: Jeweled Ruched Dress*FIXED*  |

If you have downloaded the "imperfect" version" (the first one with the dark line at the back) just download this "cleaner" version again and replace the one in your mods folder    DOWNLOAD HERE: Jeweled Ruched Dress |

Thank you so much brujah for creating this mesh PS. can you just gift this mesh to me?  so i can do whatever I want with it? I mean...can I "own" it? I'm never going to learn how to make my own mesh anyway... you can also own it and do whatever you want with it..... in other words...can we both own it?  yep...as suggested in EA forums...i removed all mods and the game works perfectly. Now my only problem is...how do I know which mods are creating the problem? Must I now play without mods?....  |
