I'm not sure how you've been doing stuff XD since that's the only blender s4s recognizes i believe.
You have a download link on the main download post of s4s. You have to also download 2.77 in ZIP version for the uv_1 data transfer from the official blender page. ONLY for the uv_1. A new version has been released and i can't find the link of the old build on the official page.. but you can try downloading the newest version and see if it works.
