Was making a column for one of my set. It looked alright in the studio but once I loaded on the game it looked like that... I have switch different starting model from EAs. STILL HAVE THE SAME RESULT!!!!!!! What have I done wrong :((( Here is a package link. simfileshare.net/download/127046/

Your texture size has to be the power 2 ie 2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,1024 Yours is 698x484)
But dont make it any smaller than 256 as rule of thumb, 512 or 1028 is even better depending on the source image
It dont matter if the image is 512x512 or 512x1024 or any other variation, as long as both width and height are the power of 2

Hi thank you so much for answering. I have got a new problem.. The mesh are super shiny even tho I have replace both bump and specular map with black colour....

hi! The issue is the specular. For the specular to be matte, both main texture & alpha channel must be black.

Your specular has no alpha layer, it needs one (and black like inabadromance said)
