hi! It looks like a weight problem, i can refer you to this tutorial for that. It'd help a lot if you can tell us what exactly you did to the mesh and leave the .package & .blend so that someone can take a look at it if you need further assistance.

.package = LINK.blend = LINKI tryed to convert from TS3 Into The Future to Sims 4. And in Sims 4 Studio all look good first but then ingame this and in Sims 4 Studio are missing the Neck and Arms, too. :(

hi! You haven't done any of the steps that are required to make the clothing work properly. Unfortunately i don't know any tutorial that teaches all of that in one gone from step on to the end. I suggest you going through the meshing tutorials and reading the information that has been shared already. You can also read from step 3 this post. I'm not sure why you removed the materials from the skin, that shouldn't be like that. Also, what you convert is the clothing no the body parts from sims 3. When you clone a s4 item to use as a base, you should export it's mesh and study how many groups and it's cut numbers. Your mesh must exactly have the same groups and cut numbers for it to import properly.

MEH. Okey this is dump... i thought it is easier. Okey then i will try another time the clothing because i see now that it costs much of time But thank you for the help

Yeap, everything takes time and research. I would suggest going with something less complicated if you're just starting. For example a mesh edit.
