  I want the glass on this window to be darker than this is there a way I can make it darker, or just change the glass to a solid color entirely ? |

Is there a way to use the glass shader from the police window? when i clone this window the glass in the viewer is clear I am confused  |

If you want a glass to be darker/less transparent you need to export the glass texture from the package and edit it on your image editor program. You have to head to the alpha channel and make the transparency color whiter.
You can clone those items you linked, and export it's glass texture and import them to your windows. i believe it should work fine.
