Since you're using Kijiko's pose player you must follow the steps that she wrote on her page. I personally have never used it, so i can't help you more with this specific type of pose helper.

Hi miseh, I just took a look at your blender file and you didn't had an end keyframe, only one to start. To add an end keyframe, left click the frame you want your pose to end (I suppose it's the 80's), and then locRot the control_rig and rig, like inabadromance suggested. On a side note, changing your pose in the last keyframe is not neccesary. I never do this and my poses still work. I even think it's strange to change something if you want your pose to be in a certain way. Maybe the reason for changing it is when you use CAS Override, but I never used it, so I don't know.

I had a look as well and it is as Inabadromance pointed at.
You have not locked the pose for the rig (you only did the controlled rig) Also when you save the file it is important to have the rig selected. (as described on Ina's post)
I would add that an end keyframe is not necessary for a single pose. If you add one the game will simply loop to it which it will do anyway with a single frame.
