So I am trying to retexture a hair but there is split toning going on with my retexture. I have no idea why that is happening since there is nothing wrong with the original texture. This is the original. As you can see no problems at all. Now this is my retexture and you can see the problem. MY PACKAGE MESH

hi! You have to compare your textures to the original ones. This hair is mapped in a way that you can have two colors on each side so if you want to recolor it you have to match the shine exactly. Your texture shine is on the middle, as opposed to the original hair that has shine on the top and the bottom.
