Hello! First let me say that I am new to recoloring CC and the only meshing I have done is to re-size the S4S painting mesh (be thanks for the tutorial). But I am an avid photo editor and digital scrapbooker in Adobe PhotoShop. So here is my advice in case you haven't found it on your own. When recoloring some recent CAS CC I noticed the the original dress I was working on that the color was blotchy and when adjusting the hue and saturation it got even more blotchy or kind of pixelated looking maybe grainy is a better word for it. So my fix for this is: In Adobe Photoshop go to the filters tab and select Camera Raw Filter Then select the Detail tab the icon is two triangles Once there adjust the Noise Reduction to the desired look And then recolor as usual. When comparing the original to the edited recolor in the game it makes a big difference. See photo here: www.tumblr.com/blog/five5cats#MOD EDIT: Fixed picture link
